Leadership workshops that leave marks, not just memories

Most training fades within a week. Ours embeds new reflexes into how you lead — through scenario pressure, peer challenge, and ruthless practice. Walk out different or don't walk out at all.

Pick the pressure level that fits your team

Every organization faces different leadership gaps. Some need a quick recalibration; others need a full overhaul of how decisions get made. We offer four distinct formats so you invest exactly where it matters.

The half-day sprint

A concentrated four-hour session built around one leadership challenge your team is facing right now. We diagnose, simulate, and debrief — all before lunch. Ideal for intact teams of six to twelve people who need to break a specific pattern quickly. Participants leave with a single, actionable commitment they can implement the same afternoon.

The two-day intensive

Our flagship format. Day one strips away comfortable habits through live case scenarios drawn from your own industry. Day two rebuilds with frameworks for adaptive decision-making, conflict navigation, and stakeholder alignment. Includes evening peer-coaching circles and a 30-day follow-up call with each participant to track behavioural shifts.

2 days · on-site or retreat

The quarterly cadence

Leadership development is not a one-time event. This format delivers four half-day sessions spread across twelve months, each building on the last. Between sessions, participants complete real-world assignments with their teams and report outcomes at the next gathering. Designed for organizations that want sustained culture change rather than a motivational spike.

The executive retreat

A three-day off-site experience for senior leadership groups of up to eight people. We go deep into strategic identity, succession thinking, and the interpersonal dynamics that silently shape board-level decisions. Held at partner venues in the Eastern Townships with all logistics handled. Confidentiality is absolute; no case studies leave the room.

Four phases, zero fluff

1

Diagnosis before design

We interview key stakeholders and review existing feedback data before we write a single slide. Every workshop is custom-built around the real friction points your leaders face — not a generic curriculum pulled from a shelf. This phase typically takes one to two weeks and involves confidential one-on-one conversations with participants.

2

Scenario immersion

Participants are placed in high-fidelity leadership scenarios that mirror their actual operating environment. We use role reversal, time pressure, and incomplete information to surface default behaviours. Facilitators observe patterns and provide real-time coaching. There are no PowerPoint lectures — only practice under realistic conditions.

3

Structured debrief

After each scenario, we run a guided debrief using our proprietary reflection framework. Participants identify the gap between their intended impact and their actual impact, then design micro-experiments to close that gap. Peer feedback is candid and structured — no vague compliments, only observable behaviours.

4

Sustained integration

Every participant leaves with a personal leadership action plan. We follow up at 30 and 90 days with brief coaching calls to check progress and troubleshoot obstacles. Organizations that choose our quarterly cadence format receive ongoing pulse surveys to measure behavioural change across the team.

Numbers from the field, not a brochure

We track outcomes rigorously because leadership development should be accountable to results, not just attendance sheets.

Questions we hear often

We recommend at least six weeks of lead time for the two-day intensive and the executive retreat. The half-day sprint can often be scheduled within three weeks if our calendar allows. The diagnosis phase requires stakeholder interviews, and rushing that step undermines the quality of the entire experience. For the quarterly cadence, we suggest beginning the planning conversation a full quarter before your intended start date.
The half-day sprint works well in a virtual format using breakout rooms and shared digital whiteboards. The longer formats lose too much interpersonal signal over video, so we strongly prefer in-person delivery for those. If geography makes travel impossible, we can design a hybrid model where the scenario immersion happens in person and the debrief and follow-up happen remotely.
Leadership friction is remarkably consistent across sectors. We have delivered workshops for manufacturing plants, software companies, hospital leadership teams, municipal governments, and professional services firms. The scenarios we build are always customized to your context — a healthcare team gets patient-safety dilemmas, not supply-chain puzzles.
Pricing depends on format, group size, and the depth of pre-workshop diagnosis required. We provide a detailed proposal after an initial discovery call. As a rough guide, the half-day sprint for a group of ten starts at $3,200 CAD, and the two-day intensive typically ranges from $8,500 to $14,000 CAD depending on customization. Travel costs outside Sherbrooke are quoted separately.
We cap most formats at sixteen participants to ensure every person gets meaningful facilitator attention and peer feedback. The executive retreat is limited to eight. For larger organizations, we run multiple cohorts and stagger them so insights can cascade through the management layers over time rather than creating a one-off event that fades.
